how is business going? In spite of the challenges of the last few months,Assistors and our 47 supply partners are experiencing the best trading opportunities we have ever had. And our buying partners are ecstatic!!!! Our reprocessing partners have been enjoying the benefits of linking with Assistors and taking full advantage of our Inputs Management System, as well as our Output Marketing Strategy. Quietly developed and trialled over the past two years, these two powerful new tools are now fully tested and proven. We are ready to fully extend the services.
One of our Scrap Supplier partners just had his first holiday in 15 years, using the time he normally spent marketing. Our largest single yard supply partner had 70% tonnage turnover in the last quarter (compared with previous year) but his PROFIT INCREASED BY 33%, due to a few tricks we have up our sleeves for our supply partners!!!!
New Systems;
Elements of our systems have been made known to a few non-trial participants, but today we are finally letting the cat out of the bag.
Our Inputs Management System is designed to give reprocessors a one stop method of acquiring all of their required inputs, WITH YARD DELIVERY AVAILABLE IN KOREA AND VIETNAM. NEGOTIATIONS ARE UNDERWAY TO EXTEND THIS SERVICE TO PROCESSORS IN BRAZIL,THAILAND,MALAYSIA and TURKEY, our main markets. This service is available ONLY TO REPROCESSING PLANT OPERATORS, NOT TRADERS,MANDATES OR SCRAP ACCUMULATOR YARDS.We have no current plans to extend this service to India,Pakistan or Bangladesh.
We have leveraged our company and partners strategic local knowledge to offer Construction Steel Imports in our local countries.Of course, we source our products exclusively from our reprocessing partners. Our Output Marketing Strategy is structured to allow our reprocessing partners an invaluable representation service in our home locations. Of course, the wider Assistors Group of Companies are involved in the deployment and implementation of these new developments.
For those of you who have not previously done business with us, we now require our associates and partners to be registered Scrap Trader Registry members. If you have not already done so we urge you to register now. IT IS A COMPANY REQUIREMENT THAT YOU QUOTE YOUR REGISTRATION NUMBER WITH ALL COMMUNICATIONS.We will rebate your registration fee when we sign our first contract. We still have access to BUYERS of Scrap Steel, HMS1&2(200-206) as well as Shredded(211), aluminium and copper scrap. Spot or annual contracts are available.

In the Scrap Steel Market today prices are generally up on previous weeks.We confirm prices up to $US365 for 211 in the Asian markets and our just acquired Uruguay/Brazil/Paraguay business made its first sale under our ownership in Rio De Janeiro State; 22000mt per month HMS(200-206) @ $US338 delivered to yard.Unconfirmed reports have Nava Shiva buyers paying $US320(RMB16500), for 211 today.
